2. Trial and Free Tier

We provide a Free Tier to allow users to evaluate the quality and utility of our service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage users to fully utilize the Free Tier to ensure the service meets their needs.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days in a billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of www.aitradecopilot.com in the event of:

  • Proven technical defects that prevent the service from functioning for more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • Duplicate billing caused by a system error.
