4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All negotiation logic, algorithms, JSON data structures, website design, and proprietary "Killer Tactics" are the exclusive property of www.aitradecopilot.com.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the AI-generated outputs for your own personal or business negotiations. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our tactics to build a competing service.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Billing: Paid plans (Pro and Ultra) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
